• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders — for example, due to stock unavailability or pricing errors. • Order confirmation is sent to your email or phone upon successful payment.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: • M-Pesa (Buy Goods Till number provided at checkout) • Debit and credit cards • Any other payment methods made available at checkout All payments must be completed before an order is processed. We do not offer credit or deferred payment.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines and fees are detailed in our Shipping Rates & Policy, available on our website. The following apply: • Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are processed same day, subject to payment confirmation. • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners once an order has been dispatched. • A re-delivery fee applies if a delivery attempt fails due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address.
